Aligned Pilates Basics: Come enjoy this free class where the exercises are precise movements that improve core strength, postural alignment, flexibility, coordination and balance. The results are profound. Suitable for all levels and recommended for relevant AMH patients.
Aligned PowerFlow: Needing to detox? Needing more sweat than a normal Flow class? Then this Power Flow class is for you. Like the normal Aligned Flow, but more powerful and meant for those looking to tone up while getting their Yoga fix. Note: light handweights may be incorporate into class. Water bottle recommended.
Aligned Tone: Small weights, high energy, big results. Look forward to a fast-paced class with great music that combines barre, Yoga, Pilates, and hand weights. All levels welcome; water bottle recommended.
Aligned Zen: Perfect for the runner needing some stretching, the desk jockey needing to relieve stress and back pain, the AMH patient with tight muscles, come find your Zen with this restorative yoga class where props such as blocks and straps will be used to soothe and lengthen sore and tight muscles. Long-sleeved shirt/ layers recommended.
