Chocolate Avocado Frosting:
2 ripe avocados
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder or raw cacao
3 tablespoons maple syrup
1/2 freshly scraped vanilla bean
Scoop out the avocado flesh and place in a food processor with cocoa powder, maple syrup, and vanilla- puree until smooth! Wait until cupcakes are completely cooled to frost.  Adapted from PopSugar.com.
