Aligned Modern Health focuses on muscle strengthening and stretching to restore and improve mobility and balance. Our approach begins by addressing and rehabilitating one’s current conditions, and than progressing to promote overall balance and coordination within the body.  With a large, dedicated physical rehabilitation area, we perform in-office physical rehabilitation and educate you about key muscles and bad habits that can cause discomfort or pain.
