What is Blue Monday?

Blue Monday, also known as the most depressing day of the year, is typically the third Monday in January. There is a specific equation that plays into why the 21st is actually the saddest day of the year. Some of the factors are: weather conditions, debt levels, failings on New Year’s resolutions, low motivational levels, and stress.
