Professionally, helping people realize they can do all the activities they want to in life, regardless of age. I also revel in helping athletes; I was an athlete with pain, I can absolutely understand what they’re going through.
Personally, Chris Farley, my wonderful family and friends, and Mexican food.
What three traits define you?
Funny (looking), enthusiastic, dedicated.

Little did I know what would happen in the next few years of my life!
What problems do you consistently solve for your clients?
Headaches, neck and upper back pain, and lower extremity issues with teaching proper biomechanics.

Athletes, I’ve experienced a lot of injuries in my day, so I can really relate to them.

I am a huge sports junkie, playing and watching. I play in a bunch of sports leagues, including basketball, volleyball, softball, kickball, and I love to indulge in golf. I’m a HUGE Badgers and Packers fan – I’m from Wisconsin, what can I say. Finally, reunion trips with my friends and I tend to fancy introducing people to cheese curds!
Share something unique that most people don’t know about you.
I do a mean Matt Foley impression! I’ve been motivating people with it since the ’90s.
