Q&A WITH KATYA
What’s one thing you couldn’t live without?
Music and books! They allow you to escape reality, learn about and relate to their creators, and have the power to fill your heart with hope.
What are you most passionate about professionally and personally?
I’ve dedicated most of my free time to learning about wellness, proper nutrition, self-improvement, and mental health. I hope to spend my days helping people become the best versions of themselves. I love talking to individuals, listening to their stories, educating them, encouraging them, and helping them realize that they can do more than the limitations their minds set.
Do you have any other passions or personal goals that you would like to share?
My lifetime goal is to run a race (at least half marathon) in every state in the United States… ideally with at least one new partner each time.
