Jennifer is from Addison, IL. She graduated from National University of Health Sciences in Lombard. Jennifer specializes in deep tissue and incorporates Swedish, joint mobilization, sports massage, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release techniques into her work. In her free time, Jennifer goes on runs with her Australian Shepherd, Luna, or plays sports like soccer and volleyball.

What are you most passionate about professionally? Personally?
Professionally, I’m most passionate about helping patients reach their goals and helping them feel better.
Personally, I’m most passionate about reaching my own goals, traveling and food. Can’t forget food.

What’s the biggest proof that you’re good at what you do?
Seeing smiles after a session and clients that come back to see me.
What problems do you consistently solve for your clients?
I consistently help clients with upper and lower back pain. I also help clients with reflecting back at their everyday life and learn how some of their daily activities could cause their pain or discomfort.
Who is your ideal client and why should they connect with you?
Any client who wants to feel their best but also a client who wants to help themselves by asking questions or just reflecting on their daily activities to see what could be triggering the pain.
What do you do for fun in your spare time? What are your hobbies?
I play in a soccer team on Sunday mornings. I love looking up new recipes to try out. So far my favorite recipe has to be Baked Alaska! I also started learning ASL. I know how to sign a few words and the alphabet still learning though.
