June is here and it’s the perfect time to bring this delicious fruit salad to any summer gathering. Fruit is a great way to stay hydrated in the heat. Keep reading for some of our favorite health benefits of this recipe!

Ingredients:
• 1 lb. fresh watermelon, cubed into bite-sized pieces
• 3 red or pink grapefruits, peed and sliced into rounds
• 3 C blackberries
• 1 C fresh grapefruit juice
• ¼ C olive oil
• 3 tbsp. fresh mint, chopped
• 1 tbsp. raw honey
• 1 tsp. sea salt

Directions:
• Peel grapefruit and slice into rounds
• Squeeze remaining juice out of grapefruit and keep in other bowl
• Cube watermelon into small bite-sized pieces
• Toss in blackberries
• Combine olive oil, mint, honey, and sea salt together and whisk until mixed
• Toss with the rest of fruit and serve
