Sustaining energy to remain productive can be a struggle! Whether to take care of work, family, or one’s own self, we all have reason to stay energized and focused throughout the day.
In this webinar with Licensed Dietician Nutritionist Kheko Lewis, you’ll learn tips and tricks for making healthy food and beverage choices during the day to sustain energy levels and stay focused. Hydration tips, plate composure, and healthy snack examples will be shared, in addition to why each is important.
